Orders placed in our online shop will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. Always sending our products as an insured package, the delivery status of your current orders can be tracked using the tracking number listed in the dispatch confirmation you will receive by email once your order is on the way. So you can check the current status of your delivery at any time. The listing below will give you insights in our delivery prices and times, depending on location area.

Germany:

Purchase below 50€: 4,90€
Purchase above 50€: Free delivery*

Eu:

Purchase below 280€: 8,90€
Purchase above 280€: Free delivery*

Rest of the world:

Depending on the size and shipping destination, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. You will see the exact shipping charges upon entering your shipping address.

*For larger items, an additional shipping fee may be added.

Delivery TIMEFRAMES

Please note that our shipping timeframes apply to in-stock items. Made to order and in-house production items ship with different timeframes as specified on the product page. If we are out of stock of any items in your order, we will contact you by phone or by e-mail.

Standard handling time for all items is 1-4 business days. These timeframes are approximate and do not account for shipping delays.
