Our new Work at Venice Design Biennial 2025 – Between the Ends
Our new Work at Venice Design Biennial 2025
Between the Ends
We are excited to announce that our new project Between the Ends will be part of this year’s Venice Design Biennial, shown in the Collectible Section at SPUMA, Giudecca. The Biennial will open on September 5, 2025, bringing together designers from around the world to explore the theme Extinction / Salvation.
Over the past months, our studio has been immersed in the making of this work, from digital models and 3D-printed forms to plaster molds and glaze trials. Each stage has been a dialogue between fragility and resilience, precision and chance. What emerged is a modular system of glass and ceramic elements, now complete and ready to travel to Venice.
Between the Ends reflects on design as a framework for transformation, rather than a static object. Suspended between fragile continuums, the work navigates questions of loss and preservation, collapse and renewal. Through its modular ceramic and glass elements, it inhabits the in-between: a space where instability itself becomes a site of meaning.
We are honored to contribute to the Biennial’s 2025 theme Extinction / Salvation. If you are visiting Venice this autumn, you will find Between the Ends as part of the Collectible exhibition at SPUMA. We look forward to sharing this work in dialogue with an inspiring community of contemporary design and thought.
